Background

A bright kid with a head full of ideas about how the wasteland should work, Sue is suspected to be the person responsible for the mutagen outbreak. However, that is not true, as while he experiments, he is not behind the infestation. He did, however, inadvertently send infected seeds to a number of locations in an effort to spread the fruit of the agricultural center. What he did succeed
