The name of the item is #TRL-01553 it can be found after killing Tinker at Damonta
It can be used on the little robot in front of Danforth's turrets , after this you will be able to start the robot and choose to aim it for Organic or Inorganic targets.
In case you choose Inorganic targets the robot will start and walk till reaches the turrets and explode next to them dealing 5000 damage to each of the turrets killing them.
