The permanently stoned hippie of Highpool wants the Rangers to deliver a note to his soul mate in upper Highpool.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Alexey and accept the assignment.
- Find Laddie on the upper level of Highpool.
- Give him the note.
- Deliver a small gray stone received in return to Alexei.
Reward[]
- 100 experience.
- Alexei is unlocked as a merchant, offering rare trinkets.
