Seems like an error (says give to one, or both)[]
The conclusion on this wiki page currently reads: You'll have to choose who to hand it to. You can give it to either Wyman or Sister Nancy Forge... Or both. Logically, the "Or both" part here is erroneous. I checked various walkthroughs, and I see no mention of a special option to please both at the same time. I also see nothing in the dialog in-game to that effect. User:Baraz
