A brass token inscribed with a scowling face and the name "Tarjan."

- Recovered from broken toasters; see this page for locations. Tarjan tokens can be turned in at the Tarjan machine in Quarex's museum at The Bizarre to receive various perks or a powerful but temporary buff:
- Tarjan's Eye (+1% Cold resistance, +2 Penetration)
- Fortune Cookie (+15 CON)
- Precognition (+10% Evasion)
- A random buff
- Cunning of Tarjan: +25% to all experience for 3 hours
- Magic Fingers: +1 Barter skill for 3 hours
- Lightning Strikes Twice: +100% critical chance for the next 5 attacks (no duration, effect ends when all buffed attacks have been expended)
- Note the reward applies only to the character who interacts with the machine.
- Note also that Tarjan will not grant the same perk or buff more than once, e.g. once a character has the Precognition buff, Tarjan will not grant it again to any character.
