Template for formatting item effects.

Usage

Parameters

Sometimes required or at least one required

(default: "o")

<unnamed 1>

Specifies how to format the text.

Available options:

• + or p: For positive/beneficial effects.
• ~ or o: For neutral/other effects.
• - or n: For negative/detrimental effects.

Required

<unnamed 2>

The text which should be formatted.

Examples

Positive effect

{{Effect|+|+2 [[Strength]]}}

results in: +2 Strength

Neutral effect

{{Effect|~|Altered appearance}}

results in: Altered appearance

Negative effect

{{Effect|-|-2 [[Strength]]}}

results in: -2 Strength
