A rather odd man found locked up in the brig of the Peterson Air Force Base, claiming to have survived numerous changes in management thanks to a steady diet of mushroom, vermin, and water dripping from the ceiling. He's more than meets the eye, however...

The Prisoner asks the Rangers to let him out. Problem is, the Prisoner is obviously untrustworthy and you can investigate the dead body near the terminal to establish, that the dead refugee apparently partook in the sweet mushrooms before dying of the poison within. Eventually, Hope Emerson, your jailer, will ask for his release. You can agree with her, which will result in a homicidal maniac being set loose upon the world. With Battle for Steeltown and Cult of the Holy Detonation, he plays a minor side role. In the first, he's hinted at, as he slowly kills the refugees in the camp, but is only met at the Research Level at Cheyenne Mountain, where he experiments on mushrooms. Trying to arrest him will cause him to suicide, while ignoring him unlocks a 'vendor'. |
