Wasteland 3, Torrent strikes cover the cone area in front of the attacker and always deal critical damage. Mostly available for flamethrowers, machineguns, submachineguns and shotguns.
Torrent strike can only be used when the critical strike bar is full. Strike rate is a special derived statistic that determines how fast the critical strike bar fills up.
